      What is the MyToyota Store?
      The MyToyota Store is owned and operated by Toyota Material Handling, Inc. the North American OEM of Toyota industrial products and parts. The MyToyota Store is a marketplace platform connecting customers with authorized Toyota dealers for quick and easy online shopping.
      The MyToyota Store and authorized dealers are the only legitimate sources for real Toyota Genuine Parts.

      When can I shop?
      Any time. The MyToyota Store is open 24/7/365. Any parts purchased will be processed and shipped within two (2) business days for expedited shipping orders and 5-7 business days for standard shipping orders. For equipment purchases, your local dealer will contact you to set up a delivery time. Delivery is usually between one (1) and six (6) weeks.
      Will I pay sales tax on MyToyota Store purchases?
      Yes. Federal, state, and local tax codes are followed for purchases made on the MyToyota Store. The sales tax will automatically be calculated on your order after you enter your delivery address.

      What are the benefits of a MyToyota Business Account?
      A MyToyota Business Account enables multiple users, addresses, and payment methods under a single account. MyToyota Business Accounts require an account administrator who can add additional business users, addresses, payment methods, and permissions. If interested in setting up a business account, please contact our customer service at customerservice@toyotatmh.com.
      Do I have any payment options besides credit card?
      Yes, MyToyota Accounts offer an invoice option for orders that exceed $3,500. If your cart exceeds this amount, then the option will be available on the payment page during checkout. Using this option starts a workflow with the selling dealer to verify credit and accept the order.
      For MyToyota Business Accounts, there is no cart minimum to enable invoice payment options.
      What credit cards does the MyToyota Store accept?
      At this time, the MyToyota Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover (not available in Canada), and American Express.
      When is my order charged to my credit card?
      Your card is charged once your order is submitted.
      What name will show up on my credit card statement?
      Your credit card statement will show the name of the dealer selling you the products through the MyToyota Store marketplace. Many dealers have Toyota in their name, but some do not. Rest assured, the MyToyota Store marketplace is exclusive to authorized Toyota dealers. If you have any questions about a dealer, please contact the MyToyota Store Customer Service Team at customerservice@toyotatmh.com.
      Is there a minimum order size?
      No. Some parts do require you order a minimum quantity, which is clearly stated on the parts product details page.
      How do I check my order status?
      You can check your order status several ways.
      The easiest way is to login to your MyToyota Account, click the Account Dashboard, and View Order Details. This will allow you to view what you ordered, the status of shipping, and tracking URLs. You will also be able to print your order details, message your local dealer with questions, or raise a concern on a product you ordered.
      You may also reach out to your local dealer and ask about your order status. Your local dealer and their contact information can be found on your order details email or via your MyToyota Account Dashboard.

      Yes. Parts and equipment purchased on the MyToyota Store have the same warranties as those purchased offline. For details, view the warranty section located on each item’s product details page.
      What is a product details page (PDP)?
      A product details page, or PDP, is the section where you read specifics about an item for sale including its name, SKU, image, price, description, customer reviews, and ordering options.

      Yes, when placing a parts order, you will have the option during checkout to “Pick Up At Dealer.” If you are buying equipment, please put a note in the delivery details that you would like to pick it up yourself and provide a phone number the dealer can reach you at to determine a pick up time.
      If I purchase equipment online, will my local dealer still service it?
      Yes, we encourage our customers to connect with their local dealers for service.
      Can I ship orders globally?
      The MyToyota Store operates in the U.S. and Canada. All orders must be shipped within the country of the website they are on. To change the country of the MyToyota Store you are shopping, go to the footer and choose the country with your preferred language.
      Can I still get the advertised promotional pricing if I decide to buy at my local dealer instead of online?
      Online pricing is not guaranteed offline.
